July 27, 2025 – For Sicily by Car, 2025 is the year of sports. The company has decided to focus, right after sponsoring Palermo F.C., also on basketball, becoming the main sponsor of the women’s Golfo Basket team from Alcamo, renamed this year Sicily by Car Basket.
The club, the only one from western Sicily in the A2 league, boasts a highly competitive team and is considered one of the favorites to make the big jump to A1.
